ChatBees has joined NVIDIA Inception, a program that nurtures startups revolutionizing industries with technological advancements.
ChatBees is focused on building AI Teammates that assist in human aided internal operations. It helps create new workflows to convert manual operations that involve looking up different systems for information, aggregating them into a coherent response, then executing on actions to resolve the issue.
Driven by shifts in consumer behavior and the pandemic, industries like e-commerce continue its explosive growth and transformation. Global e-commerce sales are projected to reach $6.4 trillion by 2024, according to Statista. This unprecedented growth in e-commerce implies more users are interacting with these systems daily. More interactions have led to a significant increase in customer support tickets to be handled by customer operations, engineering, and sales teams. This places immense pressure on existing internal teams. In fact, industry reports indicate that businesses have seen a year-over-year increase of over 20% in customer inquiries, intensifying the workload for human agents.
Hiring and training human agents takes time, but scaling existing workforce to meet new demand with automations is easier. This allows higher value tasks being handled by the humans, and more automatable tasks handled by the “AI Teammates.” ChatBees.ai is on a mission to build such AI Teammates for customers.
Joining NVIDIA Inception will help ChatBees to innovate on bringing the latest AI models and optimizations to customers. Every Inception member gets a custom set of ongoing benefits, such as NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute credits, preferred pricing on NVIDIA hardware and software, and technological assistance, which provides startups with the fundamental tools to help them grow.
Augmenting Teammates with AI
“ChatBees has helped engineering team by aggregating information from public knowledge bases, and Confluence into a single knowledge graph. This enables teams to quickly query and access the information they need, enhancing productivity.” said Ed Asariyan, Director of Engineering at Parallels.
Creating a unified knowledge graph across repositories is enabled by ChatBees RAG pipeline backed by its own vector database to store the ingested data from a variety of sources (Jira, Confluence, HubSpot, Notion, GDrive, PDF, Websites, CSV). These data sources are vectorized into tokens and available for semantic search when a user submits a query. ChatBees has capability to integrate with various LLM models and tune the output based on customer requirements. Agentic RAG allows for re-ranking, hybrid search, and prompt injection within the pipeline.
ChatBees leverages NVIDIA GPUs on AWS development environments to bring your own data source and build a knowledge graph. Users can do semantic search over this with support for reranking to get appropriate responses.
